J.P. Lepez is a New York native who has been living in Tallahassee since 1997. Since graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Information Studies, J.P. chose to plant his roots in Leon County as a homeowner and a landlord. After purchasing and selling numerous properties, he decided to use his experience and negotiation skills by becoming a Realtor. He specializes in residential and investment properties and prides himself in providing first time home buyers a stress free transition into home ownership.
